Teachers

The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires.

William Arthur Ward

At Elevate, our teachers believe in bringing every student to their maximum potential. We understand that all our students will have different aptitudes and styles when it comes to learning. More than just teachers, we serve as mentors and listening ears to our students so that we can attend closely to each of their learning needs. Every one of our teaching staff work closely with our students in and out of the classrooms to create unique bonds with each student.

Isaac Neo

Lower Sec. Mathematics, E. Mathematics, Add. Mathematics, Principles of Accounting

Son, husband, father, teacher, entrepreneur, friend – these are just the few hats that Isaac wears. Laughter can always be heard from Isaac’s classroom, indication of his strong rapport with his students. Students are never afraid to raise their doubts as Isaac has always been the most patient and kind mentor towards the students. He will repeat himself (often being called naggy by his students) until the students understand the concept and leave the classroom with new found knowledge.

Armed with years of tutoring experience of the Mathematics and Principles of Accounting, and bad dad jokes, Isaac has produced batches after batches of students with excellent results.

A good teacher, like a good entertainer first must hold his audience’s attention, then he can teach his lesson.
